We’re owner-led: our founder and director, Ashley Ward, has 15 years in the industry, an eye for detail and a passion for going the extra mile. Swaye is growing because customers keep asking us back, not because we buy leads and disappear.
On the electrical side, that means NICEIC-registered electricians for homes, landlords, businesses, schools and farms: fuse boards, rewires, testing, EV chargers and more, all done properly and certified.

Your job is done by the Swaye team: skilled electricians, reliable labourers and roofers, backed by our own accounts and office managers.
Survey first, honest advice
We look at the job and your existing installation before we quote, and if there’s more than one way to do it, we explain the options so you can choose.
Clear estimates, no surprises
You get a full, clear breakdown within 5 working days, and the price you agree is the price you pay.
Boots off, dust sheets down
Shoes off or blue overshoes, dust sheets on every job, and we hoover, sweep and wipe as we go.
Clear communication
Phone lines are manned during office hours, and we keep you in the loop from the first call to the final certificate. No jargon, no ghosting.
Certificates and aftercare
We test the work, hand over the right certificate and handle Part P notification, so your paperwork is sorted for landlords, insurers or a future sale.
A follow-up call
About a week after the job, we call to check you’re happy. Nothing is ever too much hassle.

Our electrical work is regularly assessed against BS 7671, the national wiring standard, so it’s independently checked, not just self-declared.
NICEIC Excellence Award
Issued to contractors who have held NICEIC certification for more than ten years and kept passing their assessments.
Part P registered
We design and certify domestic electrical work to current Building Regulations, including the electrical side of solar, batteries and EV chargers.
