FAQs

Common questions

Which charger should I get?

That’s where we come in! It depends on your car, your tariff and whether you have solar. We install trusted brands such as myenergi Zappi and Ohme and will recommend one that suits you.

Do I need a new fuse board?

Good news: not always! Some older boards need upgrading before a charger goes in, so we check yours at survey and tell you straight.

Can it use my solar?

Yes, it can! Some smart chargers, such as the myenergi Zappi, can charge your car from surplus solar, so you make the most of your own generation.

How long does install take?

We’ll give you a clear timescale after the survey! It depends on the cable route and your supply, and we’ll keep you in the loop throughout.
